What causes acne in the first place?

What causes acne is not necessarily one particular thing. It can be triggered by many things for different people.

Acne occurs when the sebaceous gland get enlarge when filled with excess oil or sebum production.

These can appear on the skin from red bumps to deep boils or cysts. If the acne is severe you may need to consult a physician so that the right treatment can be prescribed such as injections or a RX strength medication.

Some things that trigger this could be from Hormones, stress, hereditary, oily skin, and even some drugs can cause acne. Then there is those darn toxins that make things difficult for some of us.

Toxins that stay in our system over time eventually cause health issues.
